This unique, purpose-built Performing Arts Centre enables students to develop the creative skills which they will need to become part of a 21st Century workforce. The students gain a University Arts London Awarding Body Level 3 Extended Diploma in Performing and Production Arts, and Extended Project which is equivalent to 3.5 ‘A’ Levels, making them highly employable or giving them entry into Higher Education.

Situated next to Tacchi-Morris Arts Centre, The SPACE is a visionary Performing Arts complex which includes an 80 seat training theatre and flexible performance space, drama and dance studios, Apple Mac design suite - all equipped to the highest industrial specification. Learning happens at The SPACE through the creation of high-quality and diverse performances and practical projects. These include full length plays, evenings of dance, musical theatre, a Theatre-in-Education tour or community tour, contemporary interpretation of texts such as filming Shakespeare on location and pieces of physical theatre. Past SPACE students have achieved outstanding results and are following diverse and successful progression routes.
