Learning Enhancement Lead Pupil Premium Y7-11 LEO
I have been working at Heathfield since September 2018 with a range of students supporting progress and wellbeing. I lead on the Learning Enhancement department (LEO) and I am responsible for Y7-11 Pupil Premium students at Heathfield school. I also co-ordinate the Heathfield vulnerable transition and summer school programme for Year 6 into Y7.
I feel very passionate about supporting and guiding students academically and socially to make the right choices for their future. In LEO students have support with their academic and wellbeing progress across all areas of their curriculum. I am here as a mentor daily to help guide and support students in making those positive choices.
